All users will need to create a new account on first accessing the courses on this new site.
This course is designed to ensure staff working across justice workforces as ISEs can apply the FVISS appropriately in accordance with the Ministerial Guidelines.
This includes:
- Understanding the circumstances that information can be shared, in response to a request and proactively.
- Adhere to relevant consent requirements.
- Understand what information is relevant to share to support effective family violence risk assessment and management.
This eLearn may be confronting for some staff members and a link to support services is available under the Additional Resources section below. It is recommended that you notify your manager that you will be undertaking this eLearn, and if this eLearn raises concerns for you.
This course has a duration of 40 minutes.
Before commencing the course, ensure you have the following:
- Have access to an electronic device laptop or desktop computer
- Have a reliable Internet connection
